Maia Technology is proud to be associated with Object Consulting and working with them on the cloud-based grazing platform, MaiaGrazing.
Object Consulting has been named a finalist in the 2017 Microsoft Australia Partner Awards for Cloud for Good category. The company was honoured among a national field of top Microsoft partners for demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.
Object Consulting, in conjunction with Maia Technology, developed a cloud-based grazing platform called MaiaGrazing that is built on Microsoft Azure. MaiaGrazing is a subscription service that helps farmers improve production and profitability in a sustainable way. The system allows farmers to integrate and analyse data, making it easy to use the data to make informed decisions and improve sustainability practices.
“The outstanding innovation and expertise the Microsoft partner community continues to provide is demonstrated by this year’s award finalist,” said Mark Leigh Microsoft Australia, One Commercial Partner Director. “We applaud Object Consulting on achieving finalist of the 2017 Microsoft Cloud for Good award”.
“We are really proud that our team is being recognised as a finalist for the Microsoft Partner Award. Working with Danthonia and Maia Technology on this initiative to help farming communities has been a pleasure. It’s stories like these that highlight the meaningful work we do on a day to day basis that align with our vision to support sustainability practices” said Ben Scown, Head of Business Innovation, from Object Consulting.
After using the MaiaGrazing Platform, Johannes Meier stated:
Maia has given me the tools to manage this landscape in a way that is beneficial to the ecosystem, the people who live on the property, future generations, and to be a profitable business at the same time.
The future is bright for the agricultural industry as we find new ways to not only better utilise the land but to protect the environment with increasing sustainability practices.
